### Relationship to Master Terms & Conditions

This document is a Sport Annex to the GameDay Squad Platform Terms & Conditions 2026 ("**Master T\&Cs**") published at <https://gameday-squad.gitbook.io/gameday-squad/key-information/terms-and-conditions/gameday-squad-term>. It forms part of the Agreement between each Participant and GameDay Squad.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Annex and the Master T\&Cs, the Master T\&Cs prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where this Annex expressly states otherwise.

All prize pools, payouts, winner counts, Competition structures, salary caps, and reward tables set out in this Annex are subject to clause 9 of the Master T\&Cs, which reserves GameDay Squad's rights to modify, reduce, add to, suspend, or cancel any Competition, prize, or Prize Pool in accordance with the terms and notice requirements of the Master T\&Cs. No provision of this Annex creates any binding guarantee of prize pools or payout structures beyond a Competition for which winners have already been finally determined.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Annex have the meanings given in the Master T\&Cs.

### 1. Introduction

By registering and participating in the 2026 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules Season, Participants agree to be bound by the Master T\&Cs and these Official Rules for Aussie Rules ("**Rules**"). The game is part of an online fantasy sports community that rewards Users based on their own research and knowledge throughout the 2026 Australian Football League season.

Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user Registration and enter one (1) team for each sport and per Competition in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player Card packs and transactions made on the Transfer Market are not a requirement to play the game.

### 2. Term of the Game

The Aussie Rules game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("**AEST/AEDT**") on 5 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("**AEST**") on 26 September 2026, and will cover each of the 25 rounds of fixtures in the 2026 Australian Football League Premiership season and the 2026 Australian Football League Finals.

### 3. Who is Eligible to Participate

Entry is open to all people; although employees of NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd will only be eligible for prizes if Cards used are purchased through packs or found on the Transfer Market, with proof of purchase. Non-Australian entrants are eligible for prizes. There is no age limit for those who are eligible for prizes; however, Participants under the age of 18 will need parental authority.

Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted. Participants found to have multiple Registrations may have their Account and assets suspended or banned. If Users are suspected of syndicate activity and are found to have engaged in syndicate activity, GameDay Squad reserves the right to halt prize payouts, seize Account assets, or enforce Account suspension or bans.

After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out.

### 4. How to Participate

To participate, the individual Eligible Participant must themselves complete the online registration process for the game, located at <https://app.gamedaysquad.com.au/>, choose a squad name, and create a complete Aussie Rules team of 22 players comprising the positions listed in clause 4.1.1. The 22 players chosen are fully at the discretion of the User. Users test their skills and knowledge to build a squad of who they believe to be the best performing players.

#### 4.1 Squads

Each Participant chooses a Squad of 22 Player Cards for GameDay Squad Aussie Rules according to the Salary Cap and positional restrictions described on the Website.

The leaderboard will be updated following the completion of each Round.

#### 7.3 Data Source

### 8. Determination of Prizes

**Prize Pool Variation.** All prizes, Prize Pools, payout structures, winner counts, and reward tables set out in this clause 8 and its sub-clauses are subject to clause 9 of the Master T\&Cs. GameDay Squad may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify, reduce, add to, suspend, or cancel any prize, Prize Pool, or Competition at any time in accordance with the Master T\&Cs. No provision of this clause 8 creates any binding guarantee of a prize pool or payout structure beyond a Competition for which winners have already been finally determined.

All cash-equivalent amounts referred to in this clause 8 (including amounts expressed in AUD) are paid as GDS Funds credited to the winner's Account, and are withdrawable in accordance with clause 7 of the Master T\&Cs subject to the verification, threshold, and fee conditions set out there.

During the Competition Period, winners will be determined for multiple prize pools across Standard Competitions, Special Competitions, and Finals Competitions, as well as Round-Specific Promotions.

The next highest ranked coach from either the Champion, Challenger, or Classic Competitions (in the order of 11th Champion, 11th Challenger, 11th Classic, 12th Champion, etc.) will then move into the draft to ensure 36 Prize Card selections are made.

Season prize winners will be determined by NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd (ABN 83 649 452 933) at 10:00am (AEST), two business days after the completion of the Aussie Rules season. All seasonal prizes will be sent and/or allocated to Users before 8 March 2027. Prize Card distribution dates will be confirmed by GameDay Squad and communicated to eligible winners. At the point of sale, the seller will incur a 10% fee or a 50c fee (whichever is greater) on all sales (Buy Now, Auction, and Trade listings) made on the Transfer Market for all successful sales.

The Transfer Market is operated subject to the Transfer Market provisions of the Master T\&Cs.
