Squad Building Challenges
A fun way to earn rewards!
Squad building challenges are the concept of having to build a unique squad/ group of cards based on different challenge requirements that you can exchange for a unique reward.
Our future plans for this feature to be built within the platform, but for now we will offer this as an email and discord only feature. It’s also important to note that exchange means you have to give up these cards permanently to claim your reward.
How it Works
Every month the GDS squad will create new challenges for the community to complete. Coaches must complete all requirements listed for the challenge within the given timeframe to earn the stated rewards.
Untradable Special Cards
The cards earnt in the new SBC's are known as Untradeable Special cards. These cares are unique in that:
The only way to obtain these cards is by completing the challenge when active
They can't be bought, sold, auctioned or traded
They have a 1.2 multiplier for the current season that drops to 1.1x for all future seasons
They have special artwork that might reflect stats or an achivement from real life games

How to get started
Theres 2 ways coaches can get started:

Every month the GDS squad will announce in the relevant Squad building channels
Coaches will then work at completing the challenge, using the in game squad share within the mobile app squad page to share their the completed challenge.
The GDS squad will then verify the submitted squad meets the requirements of the challenge, if met, they will respond letting the coach know and then set up trade from the "GDS Official’ account to obtain the submitted players.
You must then complete the trades set up by the GDS squad member and notify when complete
The GDS Squad member will confirm the challenge is complete and the following month the GDS devs will drop your reward card into your account and let all coaches know via email.
Every month the GDS squad will announce the months squad building challange across all socials.
Coaches will then work at completing the challenge, using the in game squad share within the mobile app squad page to share their the completed challenge via email contact@gamedaysquad.com.au with the name of the challenge they are looking to complete.
A GameDay Squad member will then verify the submitted squad meets the requirements of the challenge and reply to your email and set up trades for you to complete from the "GDS Official’ account to obtain the submitted players.
Once your have completed the trades, inform the Squad Member by responding to the email chain so they can check and verify its completion
The GDS Squad member will confirm the challenge is complete and the following month the GDS devs will drop your reward card into your account and let all coaches know via email.
Other Key Points
Coaches must be KYC verified to participate
There is no expected turn around time with these exchanges, so please be patient in times of increased demand.
There is currently no timeline on when these features will be added to the platform
No card obtained by GDS in the exchange ever goes back into packs. These will become the ownership of GameDay Squad and can be used in marketing giveaways or through GDS Auctions
