Stat Cards

Stat Cards are the first release of the new Untradable Special Card system.

Available exclusively through the 2026 Preseason Footy Giveaway, Stat Cards reward real world player performance across the 2026 Aussie Rules and Rugby League seasons. These cards combine long term collectability with season long rewards based on live in game statistics.

There is no other way to obtain a Stat Card outside of this promotion.

What Stat Cards Include

Stat Cards provide coaches with:

• An additional way to earn rewards throughout the 2026 season based on real in game action

• A usable Untradable Special Card that can be played in relevant competitions

• Season long prize eligibility tied to the chosen statistical category

Only five weekly winners from the 2026 Preseason Footy Giveaway will earn a Stat Card. Each weekly winner receives exactly one Stat Card selection.

How Stat Card Selection Works

Each weekly winner will:

• Select one player

• Select one available stat category

• Lock that player and stat category for the entire 2026 season

Stat categories are split evenly across both sports:

• Five Aussie Rules stat categories

• Five Rugby League stat categories

Once a stat category for a sport has been selected it is removed from the pool and cannot be selected by another winner. A coach also can't win or multiple Stat Cards in the same preseason.

Selection Rules

The following rules apply to all Stat Card selections:

• The selected player cannot be a 2025 All Star

• The selected player cannot be Under 22 or Under 24 eligible

• For season average based rewards the selected player must play a minimum of 10 games or no reward will be issued

Reward Payout Timing

All Stat Card rewards are calculated using official season statistics and will be paid out at the conclusion of the 2026 season.

As outlined in the Introduction to Untradable Special Cards, Stat Cards are expected to be delivered to winning coaches accounts from April 2026, allowing them to be used in competitions for the majority of the season.
