# GameDay Squad Official Auctions

### Overview

GameDay Squad Official Auctions are automatically listed on the GDS marketplace, giving all coaches a fair and regular opportunity to acquire quality player cards.

Auctions run daily, on the hour, from **6am AEST to 9pm AEST**. Each auction is set to run for **72 hours**.

### How Listings Are Determined

Auction listings are driven by a combination of:

* **Highest selected %** — the most widely held players across the community
* **Biggest short-term rises in selected %** — players gaining traction fast
* **Overall player activity** — active, relevant cards only

This means you'll only see quality listings. Inactive or low-value cards will not be listed. Rarity limits are also in place to ensure a healthy mix — you won't see the same players or only top-tier cards listed repeatedly.

### Identifying the Official GDS Account

All auctions are conducted exclusively through the official GDS admin account. Always verify the following before engaging:

* **Account name**: GDS Official
* **Profile picture**: The GDS logo

All active auction listings are visible directly in the **GDS Transfer Market**. New opportunities go live every hour, so keep an eye on the market.
