Official Rules: GameDay Squad Aussie Rules season 2024

1. Introduction By registering and participating in the 2024 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Rules"). The game is part of an online fantasy sports community, where throughout the 2024 Australian Football League season Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user registration and enter one (1) team for each code and per Division in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player card packs and transactions made on the transfer market are not a requirement to play the game.

2. Terms of the Game The Aussie Rules game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on 01 January 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 30 October 2024, and will cover each of the 24 rounds of fixtures in the 2024 Australian Football League Premiership season as well as the 2024 Australian Football League Finals Series.

3. Who is Eligible to Participate Entry is open to all people; although employees of the game will only be eligible for prizes if cards used are purchased through packs or found on the transfer market, with proof of purchase. Non-Australian entrants will be eligible for prizes. There is no age limit for those who are eligible for prizes, however, Participants under the age of 18 will need parental authority. Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted. Participants found to have multiple registrations may have their account and assets suspended or banned. After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out.

4. How to Participate To participate, the individual Eligible Participants must themselves, complete the online registration process for the game, located http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au; choose a team name and create a complete Aussie Rules team of 22 players for Aussie Rules.

4.1 Squads Each Participant chooses a Squad of 22 Player Cards for GameDay Squad Aussie Rules according to the salary cap and positional restrictions described on the Web Site.

4.1.1 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules Squads Aussie Rules Squads are comprised of the following positions:

•6 Defender player(s);

•5 Midfielder player(s);

•1 Ruck player(s); and

•6 Forward player(s),

•4 Bench player(s) (1 allocated to each position group)

These positions are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Division in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). Squads must be Completed (one player in every slot) before the lock-out time for the upcoming Round (as notified on the Website) ("Lock Out").

4.1.2 Aussie Rules “Active Players” Active players are Player Cards that contribute to the Participants overall score. For Aussie Rules, there are 22 (“Active Players”) from the team in the following positions:

•6 Defender player(s);

•5 Midfielder player(s);

•1 Ruck player(s); and

•6 Forward player(s), •4 Bench player(s) (1 allocated to each position group) (together "Active Players");

4.2 Special Cards Users participating the Classic Competition will have a restriction on the amount of Special Cards able to be selected in Classic Competition squads. The restriction for the 2024 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules season is a max of TWO Special Cards per team. There is no Special Cards restriction in the Champion Competition.

5. Competitions

5.1 Sporting Code Divisions There are three Divisions of competition for each Sporting Code, with each Division defined by their salary cap restrictions. •Classic Competition: $12.5 million salary cap •Champion Competition: No salary cap (infinite salary cap).

5.2 Salary Cap Accumulation Salary caps are accumulated by player card rarity. Player card rarities are as follows:

•Bronze: $500k;

•Silver: $600k;

•Gold: $700k;

•Platinum: $800k;

•Diamond: $900k;

•Legend: $1 million; •Prize Cards (2022/2023): $600k; •All-Star Cards (2023): $700k;

5.3 Squad Submission To participate, all Eligible Participants must submit a full Squad of players for each competition they wish to participate in. All eligible participants must opt to play in one of the two competitions available per code. An Eligible Participant may choose and edit their (“Active Players”) from the initial 22 selected, for a Round at any time before the Lock Out time for that specific player. If, after participating in a Round, an Eligible Participant does not amend their (“Active Players”) for the upcoming Round, their (“Active Players”) from the previous Round will be used, regardless of whether or not those players will be playing in the corresponding Round.

6. Player Cards

Player Cards are used to accumulate points for your overall team's score. Player Cards can be acquired through free and paid Player Card packs and/or on the player card transfer market found on the website http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au. Player cards display the team colour, the player's name, the player's number (If applicable), the multiplier attached, the rarity of the card, and the player's position.

6.1 Player Card Rarity Player Card rarity determines the volume of the card available, the Points Scored Multiplier, and the salary cap number applied to it. More information on Salary Cap can be found in “Section 5 Competitions”. The rarity of Player Cards, their volume, and their multiplier is as follows:

•Bronze: infinite - 1.0 multiplier;

•Silver: 5000 cards per player - 1.1 multiplier;

•Gold: 2500 cards per player - 1.2 multiplier;

•Platinum: 500 cards per player - 1.3 multiplier;

•Diamond: 100 cards per player - 1.4 multiplier;

•Legend: 1 card per player - 1.5 multiplier; •Prize Cards (2022/2023): 1.4 multiplier; •All-Star Cards (2023): 1.35 multiplier;

7. Scoring of Points

7.1 Eligible Participants will score points based upon the real-life performance of their Active Players for each Round, based on the point system set out below. Points will be awarded (or subtracted) for each performance statistic attributed to each Active Player during the Round as follows:

7.1.1 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules 2024 scoring;

Kick - 4 Points;

Handball - 2 Points;

Mark - 3 Points;

Tackle - 4 Points;

Hit-Outs - 1 Point;

Goal - 8 Points;

Free-Kick For - 2 points;

Free-Kick Against - (-2) points;

7.4 Bench Players The bench players will score points towards the team’s overall score. All users must fill their bench player position slots, and bench players will add scores to the users (“Active Players”).

7.5 Data Source All statistical data is purchased via StatsPerform (https://www.statsperform.com/), official reseller of Aussie Rules statistical data.

8. Determination of Prizes

During the competition period, winners will be determined for three different prize pools, they are Round Prizes, Season Prizes and Round Specific promotions.

8.1 Round Prizes Winners Following the completion of all Aussie Rules games for a specific round, the Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for that round in each Division will be declared the Round Prize Winner. Each Division will have 1 Round Prize Winner, and the top 20 Participants for each Division will receive a prize. Round Prize Winners will be determined by NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd 83 649 452 933 of 22 at Carnation Road Manly West Queensland 4179 at 10:00 AM (AEST) two business days after the completion of each round of the Aussie Rules football season during the competition period.

8.1.1 Round Prizes - Aussie Rules Classic and Champion competition top 20: Round prizes will be announced prior to the round commencement.

8.2 Season Prize Winners Following the completion of all Aussie Rules games for the season, the Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for the season in each Division will be declared the Round Prize Winner. Each Competition will have 1 Round Prize Winner, and the top 20 Participants for each Division will receive a prize.

8.2.1 Season Prizes - Aussie Rules Classic and Champion competition top 20: Season prizes will be announced prior to the season conclusion.

8.3 Round Specific Promotions - Round Specific Promotions will be variable and may include multiple winners. Round-specific promotions will include prize types such as in-game assets and/or AUD. Round-Specific promotions will be applicable across both fantasy codes (GameDay Squad Aussie Rules), and may be applicable to one or more Divisions.

8.4 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules Round Prizes Winners following the completion of the Aussie Rules Finals Series games. The Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for that round in each Division will be declared the Round Prize Winner. Each Division will have 1 Round Prize Winner, and the top 20 Participants for each Division will receive a prize. 8.4.1 Round Prizes Finals Series - Aussie Rules Classic and Champion competition top 20: Round prizes will be announced prior to the round commencement.

8.4.2 Season Prizes Finals Series - Aussie Rules Classic and Champion competition top 20: Season prizes will be announced prior to the Finals Series conclusion.

9.0 Transfer Market

Eligible users will be able to participate in the transfer market which is a live marketplace where coaches can participate in peer-to-peer player card trading, live auctions and a place where coaches can sell their cards.

10. Refund Policy Once the pack has been opened all sales of packs are final and no refunds will be provided. By purchasing a pack, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this refund policy.

11. Third-Party Mobile Applications Third-party applications providers such as Apple and Google are not involved in any way with GameDay Squad competitions. Both Apple Inc and Google are in no way affiliated with or associated with this contest or sweepstakes and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred because of participation.
