Offical Game Rules for the 2024 GameDay Squad IND Cricket Season

1. Introduction

By registering and participating in the 2024 GameDay Squad IND Cricket, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Rules"). The game is part of an online fantasy sports community, where throughout the 2024 Indian Premier League season Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user registration, and enter one (1) team for each code and per Competition in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player card packs and transactions made on the transfer market are not a requirement to play the game.

2. Terms of the Game

The IND Cricket game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on 21 March 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 07 May 2024, and will cover each of the 74 games of fixtures in the 2024 Indian Premier League season.

3. Who is Eligible to Participate

Who is eligible to participate: Entry is open to all people; although employees of the game will only be eligible for prizes if cards used are purchased through packs or found on the transfer market, with proof of purchase. Non-Australian entrants will be eligible for prizes. There is no age limit for those who are eligible for prizes, however, Participants under the age of 18 will need parental authority.

Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted. Participants found to have multiple registrations may have their account and assets suspended, or banned.

After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out.

4. How to Participate

To participate, the individual Eligible Participants must themselves, complete the online registration process for the game, located http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au; choose a team name and create a complete Aussie Rules and Rugby League team of 22 players for Aussie Rules and 18 players for Rugby League comprising

4.1 Squads

Each Participant chooses a Squad of 11 Player Cards for GameDay Squad IND Cricket according to the salary cap and positional restrictions described on the Web Site.

4.1.1 GameDay Squad IND Cricket Squads

IND Cricket Squads are comprised of the following positions:

● 1 Wicket-Keeper player(s);

● 3 Wicket-Keeper/Batsman player(s);

● 4 All-Rounder player(s); and

● 3 Bowler player(s),

These positions are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). Squads must be Completed (one player in every slot) before the lock-out time for the upcoming Round (as notified on the Website) ("Lock Out").

4.1.2 IND Cricket “Active Players”

Active players are Player Cards that contribute to the Participants overall score. For IND Cricket, there are 11 (“Active Players”) from the team in the following positions:

● 1 Wicket-Keeper player(s);

● 3 Wicket-Keeper/Batsman player(s);

● 4 All-Rounder player(s); and

● 3 Bowler player(s),, (together "Active Players");

5. Competitions

5.1 Sporting Code Competitions

There are two Competitions of competition for each Sporting Code, with each Competition defined by their salary cap restrictions.

● Champion Competition: No salary cap (infinite salary cap);

● Classic Competition: $6 million Salary cap (IND Cricket)

5.2 Salary Cap Accumulation

Salary caps are accumulated by player card rarity. Player card rarities are as follows:

● Bronze: $500k;

● Silver: $600k;

● Gold: $700k;

● Platinum: $800k;

● Diamond: $900k;

● Legend: $1 million;

5.3 Squad Submission

To participate, all Eligible Participants must submit a full Squad of players. All Eligible Participants can opt to participate in all 1 competition per code if they desire to do so, or alternatively, not participate in any.

An Eligible Participant may choose and edit their (“Active Players”) from the initial 11 selected, for a Round at any time before the Lock Out time for that specific player. If, after participating in a Round, an Eligible Participant does not amend their (“Active Players”) for the upcoming Round, their (“Active Players”) from the previous Round will be used, regardless of whether or not those players will be playing in the corresponding Round.

5.4 Special Cards All eligible participants are permitted to select and use Special Cards if they possess special cards. Only max TWO Special Cards are permitted to be selected in the Classic Competition. There is no Special Card restriction in the Champion Competition. Special Cards are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team").

6. Player Cards

Player Cards are used to accumulate points for your overall team's score. Player Cards can be acquired through free and paid Player Card packs and/or on the player card transfer market found on the website http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au.

Player cards display the team colour, the player's name, the player's number, the multiplier attached, the rarity of the card, and the player's position.

6.1 Player Card Rarity

Player Card rarity determines the volume of the card available, the Points Scored Multiplier, and the salary cap number applied to it. More information on Salary Cap can be found in “Section 5 Competitions”.

The rarity of Player Cards, their volume, and their multiplier is as follows:

● Bronze: infinite - 1.0 multiplier;

● Silver: 5000 cards per player - 1.1 multiplier;

● Gold: 2500 cards per player - 1.2 multiplier;

● Platinum: 500 cards per player - 1.3 multiplier;

● Diamond: 100 cards per player - 1.4 multiplier;

● Legend: 1 card per player - 1.5 multiplier;

7. Scoring of Points

7.1 Eligible Participants will score points based upon the real-life performance of their Active Players for each Round, based on the point system set out below. Points will be awarded (or subtracted) for each performance statistic attributed to each Active Player during the Round as follows:

7.1.1 GameDay Squad IND Cricket 2024 scoring;

Runs (Per Run Scored) - 1 Point(s);

Boundary Hit - 1 Point(s);

Six Hit - 2 Points;

30 Runs Scored Bonus - 4 Points;

50 Runs Scored Bonus - 8 Points;

100 Runs Scored Bonus - 16 Points;

Dismissal For a Duck - (-2) Points;

Wicket (Excluding Run Out) - 20 Points;

Maiden Over - 15 Points;

Dot Ball - 1 Point(s);

3 Wicket Bonus - 4 Points;

4 Wicket Bonus - 8 Points;

5 Wicket Bonus - 16 Points;

Extra Conceded (Wides + No Balls) - (-1) Point(s);

Catch - 3 Points;

Run Out - 15 Points;

Stumping (Wicket-Keeper Only) - 15 points;

3 catch bonus - 3 Points;

4 catch bonus - 6 Points;

5 catch bonus - 8 Points.

7.2 Data Source

All statistical data is purchased via StatsPerform (https://www.statsperform.com/), official reseller of IND Cricket statistical data

8. Determination of Prizes

During the competition period, winners will be determined for two different prize pools, they are Round Prizes, Season Prizes and Round Specific promotions.

8.1 Round Prizes Winners

Following the completion of all Aussie Rules and Rugby League games for a specific round, the Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for that round in each Competition will be declared the Round Prize Winner.

Each Competition will have 1 Round Prize Winner, and the top 50 Participants for each Competition will receive a prize.

Round Prize Winners will be determined by NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd 83 649 452 933 of 22 at Carnation Road Manly West Queensland 4179 at 10:00 AM (AEST) two business days after the completion of each round of the IND Cricket season during the competition period.

Champion Competition (Round 1-17) 1st: 250 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Rare pack

2nd: 100 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Rare pack

3rd: 50 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Rare pack

4th: 20 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Rare pack

5th: 15 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Rare pack

6th- 10th: 10 GDS Funds + 2 x 3 player Rare pack

11th - 25th: 5 GDS Funds + 1 x 3 player Rare pack

26th - 50th: 2.5 GDS Funds + 1 x 3 player Rare pack

51st - 100th: 1 x 1 player Rare pack

Classic Competition (Round 1-17) 1st: 150 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Common pack

2nd: 75 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Common pack

3rd: 50 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Common pack

4th: 20 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Common pack

5th: 15 GDS Funds + 3 x 3 player Common pack

6th- 10th: 5 GDS Funds + 2 x 3 player Common pack

11th - 25th: 2.5 GDS Funds + 1 x 3 player Common pack

26th - 50th: 1 GDS Funds + 1 x 3 player Common pack

51st - 100th: 1 x 1 player Common pack

8.2 Season Prize Winners

Following the completion of all IND Cricket games for the season, the Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for the season in each Competition will be declared the Season Prize Winner.

Each Competition will have 1 Season Prize Winner, and the top 10 Participants for each Competition will receive a prize.

8.2.1 Season Prizes - IND Cricket Champion Competition 1st: 1000 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

2nd: 500 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

3rd: 250 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

4th- 10th: 1 Prize Card

Classic Competition (Round 1-17) 1st: 500 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

2nd: 250 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

3rd: 150 GDS Funds + 1 Prize Card

4th- 10th: 1 Prize Card

Season prize winners will be determined by NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd 83 649 452 933 of 22 at Carnation Road Manly West Queensland 4179 at 10:00 AM (AEST) two business days after the completion of the IND Cricket season.

8.3 Round Specific Promotions - Round Specific Promotions will be variable and may include multiple winners. Round-specific promotions will include prize types such as in-game assets and/or AUD. Round-Specific promotions will be applicable across both fantasy codes (GameDay Squad Aussie Rules and GameDay Squad Rugby League), and may be applicable to one or more Competitions.

9.0 Transfer Market

Eligible users will be able to participate in the transfer market which is a live marketplace where coaches can participate in peer-to-peer player card trading, live auctions and a place where coaches can sell their cards. All transfer market transactions have no transfer fees.

10. Third-Party Mobile Applications

Third-party applications providers such as Apple and Google are not involved in any way with GameDay Squad competitions.
