Completing your account Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) account verification is the process of confirming a user’s identity by providing government-issued identification. It’s a standard security measure used across digital platforms to help maintain safety, transparency, and fairness.
Why It’s Important for GameDay Squad
GameDay Squad uses KYC verification to strengthen the security of the platform and protect our community. By verifying user identities, we can prevent fraudulent or duplicate accounts, meet compliance requirements, and ensure a fair and transparent experience for all Coaches.
KYC verification is currently required for any user wishing to make a withdrawal or to be eligible for some prizes. In the future, it will become a requirement for all Coaches to verify their accounts before accessing or claiming any prizes won within the platform.
What You’ll Need
During the process, you’ll be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license). All information is handled securely by our trusted third-party provider, Sumsub and the process is 100% free.
How to Complete KYC
Log in to your GameDay Squad account on desktop or through the app.
Go to your Profile and select Verification.


Follow the prompts to upload your identification and submit your details.

Once verified, your account will display a Verified status within the platform.
