Player Cards

Player Cards are at the heart of the GameDay Squad platform and represent the real world players that coaches can select and play in competitions.

Player Cards In Game

There are 6 standard card rarities and 2 rarities of special cards available within the current IND cricket game.

Standard Cards

Every player available on the platform from the best in the game, to the newest player has exact same number of standard cards available in circulation. This means you are just as likely to pack a Cameron Green as you are a Finn Allen. This is the case for every rarity as well, all players are available in all rarities with the exception of Bronze cards, which have a reduced pool as outline in Starter Packs.

At the end of each season the supply for cards is not replenished or updated. We are a dynasty platform which means all the player cards you collect in one season, carry on with you forever.

For example, once all 100 Diamond Cameron Green cards have been packed, there wont ever be more diamond Cameron Green cards added back into packs for coaches to find. To see which cards have been packed and which are available check out Packed Player Cards.

Special Cards

Their increase multiplier for their salary cap cost makes them valuable for coaches in competitions with a salary cap.

Prize Cards

Prize Cards are exclusive player cards that cannot be found in packs and are awarded only to coaches who achieve standout results in seasonal or cup competitions.

At the end of each season, coaches take part in the Live Prize Card Draft where they personally select the players who will appear on these special cards.

Each Prize Card is completely unique, featuring the achievement that earned it and the coach’s squad name permanently displayed on the card. It serves as a lasting record of success and recognition within the GameDay Squad community.

All Star Cards

All-Star Player Cards are limited-edition cards awarded to the best fantasy performers in each sport on the GameDay Squad platform. These cards can be obtained through exclusive All-Star packs available in the GameDay Squad store, and they can also be won as official GameDay Squad prizes throughout the season.

Each All-Star Card is both powerful and rare, carrying a 1.35x points multiplier and a $700k salary cap value. Only 20 All-Star Cards are created for each player per season, with just enough players selected to complete a full squad in each sport, making them highly sought-after collectibles.

Players chosen for All-Star Cards are selected using criteria such as games played, season average, and total points, ensuring that only the most deserving performers are featured each year.
