A Player Card's salary hit is determined by the rarity of that card, which will never be affected by past or future performances. The sum of the salary hits of your Player Cards on the field will total your Squads salary cost.
Example:
Individuals players within the platform don't have a salary cap based on their individual performances, but rather based on the tier of their player card. This means its cost the same in salary cap to play a Gold Cameron Green as it does to play a Gold Finn Allen.
