GameDay Squad Card Exchange
Exchanging your unwanted cards for new packs!
Coaches can now exchange their unwanted GameDay Squad cards for in-game packs. It’s fun, simple and it's available any time for as many times as a coach can complete them. The only key rules being that all player exchanges must be with active players in the game and your account must be KYC verified to participate.
This is currently a external feature not available within the platform however is is a long term feature that we will look to eventually have intergraded within the platform.
We want to make it clear that this feature is designed to give back value to all cards BUT it’s not intended to give you back true value for the cards, that is what the transfer market is for.
It’s also important to note that exchange means you have to give up these cards permanently to claim your reward.
How It works
Coaches can exchange 4 ACTIVE player cards of the same rarity and sport in exchange for a pack code. The pack for each rarity is shown below:
Aussie Rules, Rugby League, Women's Aussie Rules:
1 Legend = 5 X 9 Unique Pack (Max 1 exchange a day per coach)
4 Diamonds = 3 Player Unique Pack
4 Platinums = 1 Player Rare Pack
4 Gold = 1 Player Common Pack
4 Silver = Starter Pack Bundle
Cricket (all types) and Basketball:
1 Legend = 5 X 3 Unique Pack (Max 1 exchange a day per coach)
4 Diamonds = 1 Player Unique Pack
4 Platinums = 1 Player Rare Pack
4 Gold = 1 Player Common Pack
4 Silver = Starter Pack Bundle
Inactive cards (players with the GDS logo in game) are not able to be exchanged.
How to get started
Theres 2 ways coaches can get started:

In the text channel named Card exchange for your applicable sport, list the full name of the 4 player cards and their rarity that you would like to exchange. Important: If you do not list the information in full, the exchange may not be completed
A GDS staff member will then set up a trade requesting those 4 players. They will notify you once it is listed and what player and serial number to look for.
You will then have to submit the trade in full and notify the GDS staff member that you have completed it.
Once verified as completed, the GDS staff member will send you your pack codes via a DM (Direct message).
Directly Email contact@gamedaysquad.com.au with the following information: Sport, the 4 active players you wish to exchange. You can include multiple groups of 4 players at a time.
A GameDay Squad member will reply to your email and set up a trade for you to complete and transfer the 4 player cards over, the Squad name you will trade with is ‘GDS Official’
Once submitted, inform the Squad Member by responding to the email chain so they can check and verify its completion
Once verified, your reward will be sent to you via Email.
Other Key Points
The 4 Cards submitted must all be active in game at the time of submission
There is no limit to the number of exchanges a coach can make
Coaches must be KYC verified to participate
There is no expected turn around time with these exchanges, so please be patient in times of increased demand.
There is currently no timeline on when these features will be added to the platform
No card obtained by GDS in the exchange ever goes back into packs. These will become the ownership of GameDay Squad and can be used in marketing giveaways or through GDS Auctions
