New Login - Password Reset

We have recently changed the login system that we use on our platform. This will require some existing users that currently login with a username and password, to reset their account password. Other methods of login such as Google Authentication and Apple Id will not require any actions to be taken. In addition to this, make sure the GameDay Squad application on your mobile devices is up to date, as the newest version of the application is required to login with the implementation of our new system.In order to reset your password and access your GameDay Squad account, please refer to the process below:

  1. Press the Reset Password text, please refer to the picture below.

  1. Enter your email address into the box, this is required to verify the password change request.

3. Check your emails and follow the prompts to finalise your password change request. If you have any issues with this process, please do not hesitate to reach out by sending an email to contact@gamedaysquad.com.au.
